Your Progress & Fairness

This page steps outside the fiction: it’s the development team speaking plainly about the game.

Your account and progress are stored persistently and are designed to survive server updates — upgrading the game doesn’t wipe your Sanctuary.

Sometimes, during active development, we may need to remove a feature or roll back progress-affecting changes (for example, to fix a bug that broke the game for everyone). If that ever happens to you, we’ll make it right: affected players receive compensation, and you’ll be notified in-game via Mail explaining what happened and what you received.

This is a standing commitment, not a one-time apology — it applies for as long as the game is in active development.
